The AKU2000 is a surface-mountable, digital-output silicon microphone which is optimal for use in microphone array applications where a high of degree noise immunity is required. The AKU2000 integrates an acoustic transducer, analog pre-amplifier, and a 4th order sigma-delta modulator on a single chip.

The AKU2001 is a surface-mountable, digital-output silicon microphone with a tri-state output, allowing the outputs of two microphones to be multiplexed together and share a single data line. The AKU2001 integrates an acoustic transducer and a 4th-order sigma-delta modulator on a single chip.
